"Splashing, lapping, waves
Beautiful water, dancing
Swirling, healing them"

Green

"All I see is green

the green of the leaves,
on the spring trees

the green of the grass,
fresh and cool

the green of the brush,
stickers, holly, boxwoods

the green of the weeds,
rearing their ugly heads

the green of the ivy,
creeping slowly over the trees

the green of the water,
covered in scum and reflections.

the green of my envy
for, he loves her, not me"
